The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 347 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 20 liters of illicit liquor from possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 30.10.2017.

Considering the nature of accusation, the period of
