A gang of dacoits as alleged by the informant, a police official were going to their destination on TATA Magic, were apprehended by the police and during course of search, so many instruments, appliances were seized which could be helpful in facilitating the crime. Furthermore, from the possession of one of the criminals, Ramayan Kumar, a country made pistol has been recovered. Petitioner happens to under custody since 23.08.2017 having clean antecedents as per para-3 of the instant petition. Accordingly, petitioner, AMRESH MAHTO @ UMESH MAHTO is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum- Sub Judge, 3rd, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo PS Case No. 196/2017.
