2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 6.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8829 of 2023 with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

4. In compliance of order dated 13.03.2024, a progress report dated 16.04.2024 has been received from which it appears that trial is likely to be concluded within a period of one year.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial is not likely to be concluded in near future. He further

6. There is no new ground to reconsider the bail application of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
