Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4474 of 2021.

Trial Court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 26.09.2019 and out of eight prosecution witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2018.

Considering the period of custody and slow progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18890 of 2023(3) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gaya in connection with Session Trial No. 432 of 2019 arising out of Anti P. S. Case No. 63 of 2018.
