Petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No.66 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on 19.09.2018 while wife of informant was bathing her daughter, she noticed that her daughter has become pregnant. On query, her daughter told that petitioner used to commit rape with her. It is written in the written report that age of the victim is 22 years. She told her mother that in the night this petitioner used to come in the house and commit illegal act with her.

From the written report itself, it appears that physical relationship was going on between the victim and the petitioner

Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No.66 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
