This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Saharghat P.S. Case No. 113 of 2020 (G.R. No. 964 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 342, 354-B, 457, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, who has been arrested.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.1, above named.
