This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent no. 3, D.C.L.R. to dispose of Jamabandi Rectificationcum-Rent Fixation Case No.13 of 201-15 which is pending since 27.4.2014.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection if the direction to the respondent No.3 be issued to dispose of aforesaid case.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15396 of 2016 (2) dt.08-05-2018 Having considered the submission of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the D.C.L.R., Hajipur to dispose of Jamabandi Rectification-cum-Rent Fixation Case No.13 of 2014-15 within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
