The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault by co-accused Ramlal Rai upon the informant, due to which, he sustained injuries on the abdomen.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is only caught hold to the informant and no specific allegation of assault against him. He further submits that after completing the investigation, the petitioner was not sent up for trial but after making the prima-

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-13, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
