The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 189 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Daain Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that the complaint case has been filed after three days. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

P.C.
