JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 363 and 366A IPC.

From perusal of the case diary it appears that the victim girl has supported the allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner who is in custody since 22.8.2017. Considering the nature of allegation, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected for the present.
