The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/325/326/307/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is specifically alleged against these two petitioners that petitioner no.1 Samina Khatoon caused injury by throwing stones to Md. Zahid whereas petitioner no.2 Guriya Khatoon caused injury by throwing stones to Md. Shamsad and took away Rs.54,000/- and gold ear-ring of the informant. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to the effect that injury reports of Md. Zahid and Md. Shamsad are not on record.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31602 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No.19 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
