2. The grievance of the petitioner is that her husband was entitled to second time bound promotion w.e.f. 1995, but the respondents have not taken any decision.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Education Officer, Siwan to examine the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that the husband of the petitioner has completed the qualifying period of service for grant of 2nd time bound promotion

Patna High Court CWJC No.13395 of 2016 dt.15-05-2018 2/2 before 31.12.1995, the respondents are required to decide the claim and grant benefit of 2nd time bound promotion. In case, the claim of the petitioner is not sustainable, the respondents are required to give reason for rejecting the claim. Entire exercise in this regard must be completed by the respondents within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
