The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for pre-arrest bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 12.01.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 1708 of 2014 on the ground that the case has been compromised and the petitioner has been falsely implicated, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that after considering everything the order dated 12.01.2015 was passed. Considering no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner again prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 120 of 2012 pending in the court of Sri Manish Dwivedi, J.M. 1st Class, Sitamarhi.
