2. The issue with regard to unfilled post out of 34540/- Assistant Teachers is no more res integra. In fact, after several rounds of litigation, the Commission invited objections from the eligible candidates for consideration of their cases for appointment against the left over 2314 such posts and the Commission is now contemplating finalizing the select list.

3. In view of the above, no further indulgence is

Patna High Court CWJC No.13518 of 2016 dt.15-05-2018 2/2 required. The respondent Commission is required to take decision objectively for preparing the select list.

4. The Court hopes and trusts that the Commission will prepare the select list objectively.

5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
