The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No.188 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation, if any, can be attached to Sonu Kumar, who is said to have been the offending party and not this petitioner.
