2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging non compliance of the order dated 20.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 4066 of 2016.

3. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that all admitted dues of the petitioner under each head have been paid for which calculation chart has also been brought on record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the position.

5. Learned counsel for the University has brought two cheques for Rs. 3,63,042/- and 2,83,200/- which have been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. The application stands disposed off.
