The dispute happens to be amongst the spouse. The wife/ complainant has narrated her woe having faced by her at the hands of the petitioner and other family members of her sasural. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. The learned lower Court, being a trial Court, would be the best to keep surveillance over the undertaking of the petitioner and that being so, petitioner is well advised to appear before the learned lower Court with a prayer for regular bail and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53951 of 2018 (02) dt.18-09-2018 if, there happens to be an undertaking at the end of the petitioner that he will keep his wife/ complainant with full dignity and honour, then in that circumstance, the learned lower court will notice the complainant and after perceiving the conduct of the respective parties, will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
