JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2022 In compliance to the order of this Court dated 26.07.2022, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 3, 5 and 6, wherein it has been stated in paragraph no. 7 that the encroachment in question has been removed and a video clip regarding the same has also been prepared.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits if the encroachment has been removed, the petitioner has got no grievance, however he be granted liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan, in case of any
