Petitioner apprehend his arrest in Samastipur Excise Case No. 66 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 125 litre of chulai liquor from the court yard of petitioner's house who has criminal antecedent also, as such, present anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
