JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired on 31.10.2005 from the post of Assistant Teacher. The petitioner was appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher on the sanctioned post of Matric Trend Teacher on 9.9.2017 and was working in Government Primary School, Sarangpur, Anchal Maharajganj, Distt. Siwan. He was granted 1st time bound promotion with effect from 1.4.1981.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation in this regard on 4.12.2014 but, the same is still pending before the respondent No. 5. He next submits that representation filed by the petitioner should be disposed by the concerned respondent within a reasonable time frame.

Learned counsel for the respondent/State has no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent No. 5 is directed to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner (Annexure-4) in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
