The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.83 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. As per the F.I.R., the marriage between the son of the petitioner and the deceased had taken place about five years ago. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018. The investigation has already been completed and charge-sheet has been filed. In the aforesaid view of the matter, considering the

No.51786 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 facts and circumstances wherein the petitioner is said to be the mother-in-law of the deceased and the investigation is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class Uda-Kishunganj, District-Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
