1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 121(1) and 132 of the B.N.S.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that the FIR has been instituted against 87 named and 50-60 unknown accused persons including the present petitioner alleging that he caused interruption in discharge of government duty and assaulted the police personnel, beside allegation of misbehaving, abusing and threatening is also alleged.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18558 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 informant. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused Shambhu Singh @ Shambhu Kumar Singh along with two others had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.50854 of 2025 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 11.08.2025 passed by a learned Coordinate Bench.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Gopalpur P. S. Case No.310 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.

7. The application stands allowed.
