The petitioner seeks bail in Chowk P.S. Case No.48 of 2017 registered under Section 307, 387, 385, 353, 295, 296/124A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have sent hoax message to blow the Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Gurudawara Saheb by mobile no.9852727923 to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the said occurrence. As a matter of fact, the aforesaid mobile is hailing to Punam Devi who happens to be his wife but she has deserted him and now is living with her beau as his wife and having grudge with him and at the behest of Punam Devi the police has falsely implicated the

The said mobile phone was recovered from Chowk Shikarpur Nala allegedly at the indication of the petitioner. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 17.03.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VI, Patna City, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No.575 of 2017, arising out of Chowk P.S.
