Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 773 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant that process under Sections 82 and 83 CrPC has been issued in January, 2024 itself. 4.

Since process under Sections 82 and 83 CrPC has been issued as such, the Court is not inclined to extend the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20487 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
