The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25 (1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that one Devendra Yadav was apprehended and from his possession one country-made pistol and live cartridge and two mobiles were recovered, who disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associates. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly the recovery was not made from the petitioner. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31374 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No.126 of 2012, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
