Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be availing remedy of appeal before the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Bihar Military Police against order of punishment dated 9.2.2017 which has been issued by the Commandant cum Principal, CTS Simultala, Jamui, Camp BMP 9, Jamalpur, respondent no.3. In view of such assertion, writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as aforesaid.
