Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that one Nago Sah and petitioner were quarrelling and when informant went to pecify the dispute but both brothers threw acid on each other when the acid fell on the hand, belly and right thigh of the informant as a result the informant received acid burn injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation the case under Sections 326, 307 is not made out as informant received accidental burn injuries.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34625 of 2015 (3) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 a period of six weeks in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
