Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.06.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each after 21.10.2018 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in
