That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ / order/ direction, commanding the Respondents to grant time bound promotion/ACP from due dates with consequential monetary benefits as no promotion / or promotional pay scale was granted to the

At the outset, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though the benefits of time bound promotion / A.C.P. has been granted to the petitioner, however, the second A.C.P., which ought to have been granted to the petitioner in the pay scale of Rs. 10000-15200/-, has instead been granted in the scale of Rs. 8000-13500/-, hence, the Respondents be directed to rectify the said mistake. 3.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director Agriculture, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation within a period of six weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed, the Director Agriculture, Government of Bihar, Patna, shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order therein, within a period of six weeks, thereafter and in case, it is found that any dues are outstanding for payment, the same shall also be paid within the same time frame.
