2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the opposite party No. 2 and 3 who have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Court below in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 372 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 498 A & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per prosecution case, the opposite party no. 2 and 3 are said to have assaulted and tortured the petitioner for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16550 of 2020(2) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 demand of dowry.
4. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite parties no. 2 and 3, and the same is dated 05.02.2020, I am not inclined to interfere with the said order particularly since around six years have elapsed since then moreover, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the said impugned order. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.
