2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.3298 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27078 of 2024(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.545 of 2022, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.
4. The order dated 01.11.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
