A tug of war between the siblings on the compassionate appointment given to the younger son, is put to question in this writ petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, in my opinion, it is entirely at the discretion of the widow and the request made by her in this regard which is a relevant factor for such

The writ petition lacks merit as well as foundation, which is dismissed accordingly.
