JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 In view of the fact that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected, vide order dated 31.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37785 of 2017. It further appears that the petitioner has again moved for grant of bail on the ground that except confession there is nothing against him and the learned trial court has been directed to look into the matter, however, it appears that the learned trial court has again rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner stating that there are materials against him. Considering the materials discussed by the learned court below, prayer for bail is rejected.
