JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged against him, who happens to be dewar of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks
