JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 After some argument, Mr. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to represent before the respondents on the ground that the petitioner is ready to pay the outstanding dues of the electricity bill.
