The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 189 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A) (b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 10.5 litres of Nepali country made liquor from the bag of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has a clean antecedent. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 06.10.2017. Case No. 189 of 2017.
