2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 10598 of 2022 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 15.11.2022.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 1 and 2, the MJC No. 749 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
