2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhargama P.S Case No. 366 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69 of B.N.S
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner has established physical relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 03.02.2026.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that petitioner and victim both are major and were in love with each other. In the present case, a compromise has been committed between the parties and a compromise petition has also been filed before the learned J.M 1st, Araria. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. Petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2026.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M 1st, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S Case No. 366 of 2025.
