JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ's, order/s and direction/s commanding the respondents for making payment amount of remuneration for the period 1.4.2009 to 31.7.2011, amounting to Rs. 4,50,000/- (Rupees four lacks fifty thousand only) for the duty rendered as Public Prosecutor (P.P. in short hereinafter) at Civil Court, Gaya and for any other benefits and reliefs for which the petitioner found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case together with interest and cost."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9617 of 2015(5) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Collector, Gaya for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, however, a time period be fixed for disposal of his representation.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation along with requisite evidence before the learned Collector, Gaya and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
