The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Bousi P. S. Case No. 6 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 404, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent who has been involved in this case only because the mobile phone of the victim was recovered from his possession.

No one appears for the State.

After going through the materials available on the record, particularly the order passed by learned 3rd Additional Session Judge, Araria, this Court finds that the Police has

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) avin/- U T
