The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 04/21 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/498(A)/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to pay Rs. 2500/- (Rupees Twenty-five Hundred) per month to the opposite party No. 2.
In view of the above, the prayer of grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29071 of 2021(5) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 04/21, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
The petitioner shall deposit Rs. 2500/- per month in the Court below and the opposite party No. 2 shall be at liberty to withdraw this case.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
