The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under Sections 394 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two miscreants tried to rob Toto of the informant. On halla, one miscreant inflicted blow of blade on the neck of the informant. After being chased and apprehended by villagers, he disclosed his name as Shiv Kumar.

No.19282 of 2022(3) dt.29-07-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioner is accused in two other criminal cases as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. No case as alleged was made out against the petitioner as the vehicle met an accident and the petitioner got severely burnt. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the state, Rajendra Singh vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Industrial, P.S. Case No. 167 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
