The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.392 of 2016, a case under Sections 304B/468/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Initially complaint case was filed alleging therein that wife of the petitioner was done to death by the in-laws for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2017. Charges have already been framed in this case and one prosecution witness has been examined uptil now. Considering the period already undergone, let the
