ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 This modification petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to modify the order dated 17.3.2015 passed in Cr. Revision No. 649 of 2011.

It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that inadvertently, in paragraph-1 of the original Revision Petition, Judgment dated "26.3.2010" has been typed in place of "26.3.2011". Likewise in the same petition, "Complaint Case No. 1434C of 2008/Tr. No. 1300 of 2008 has been typed in place of Complaint Case No. 1434C of 2003/Tr. No. 1300 of 2008 and due to that, same mistake occurred in the Judgment dated 17.3.2015 passed in Cr. Revision No. 649 of 2011.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed to the extent that in the 1st and 4th lines of second paragraph of the Judgment dated 17.3.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Revision No. 649 of 2011, the words "Judgment dated 26.3.2010 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30580 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Complaint Case No. 1434C of 2008 (Trial No. 13000 of 2008)" be read as "26.3.2011" and "Complaint Case No. 1434C of 2003 (Trial No. 1300 of 2008)"

Let this order be communicated to the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1434C of 2003, Trial No. 1300 of 2008.
