Case i.e., Baruraj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2024, therefore, they are the being heard together and are being decided by a common order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the informant.
3. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126, 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
4. As per the prosecution case, the deceased has been killed by the petitioners due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
5. The petitioners namely Reeta Devi @ Rita Devi and Ranjan Kumar Ram are in custody since 09.10.2024. The petitioner namely Kishundev Ram @ Kishundeo Ram is in custody since 15.01.2025.
6. The petitioners are the mother-in-law (Reeta Devi @ Rita Devi), husband (Ranjan Kumar Ram) and father-in-law (Kishundev Ram @ Kishundeo Ram) of the deceased. The petitioners used to torture and harass the deceased due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.
7. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the deceased committed suicide and left a suicide note which was produced by the petitioners.

8. The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the marriage was solemnized in the month of April 2024 and within six months of marriage, the deceased has been killed by the accused persons including these petitioners.
9. Considering the gravity of offence and the fact that the deceased has been killed within six months of marriage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
10. Accordingly, these applications for regular bail stand rejected.
