The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 247 of 2017 instituted for the offences under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 25 litres of country made Mahua liquor from the room of the house of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner is accused in two other cases, however, he is on bail in the said two cases. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.11.2017.

No.61876 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to release the petitioner above named on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.
