Petitioner is an accused in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances
