2. The present writ petition has been filed for implementation of the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Madhubani in Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Case No.55 of 2011-12,

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an application which is annexed as Annexure-3 before Divisional Commissioner, Madhubani for his grievances, as his grievances were not settled.

4. Counsel for the State submits that for proper implementation of order passed under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act the Deputy Collector Land Reform himself is the Executive Officer under the said act.

5. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with direction to the petitioner to avail his remedy under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act before Deputy Collector Land Reform, Phulparas, Madhubani.
