Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2019. Submission is that only due to criminal antecedent of the petitioner, name of the petitioner has been dragged in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Bullu Paswan. Considering the period already undergone and nature of material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29228 of 2021(2) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr. No. 74 of 2020 arising out of Bihpur Police Station Case No. 165 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
