2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 366A, 447, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner and other F.I.R. named co-accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and stated that she left her house at her own accord and solemnized marriage with this petitioner in a temple. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 214 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
